This is a circular walk around Tittesworth reservoir. Very family and dog friendly walk. The area can be very busy during weekend and summer months.

We went twice to Tittesworth reservoir. The first time with some friends we went hiking around the lake. This hike is very easy because the path is well indicated and flat. From the parking (fee) go towards the visitor center. Right at the entrance of the visitor center there is a path on the left. Take this path and follow it all along.

Nous sommes allés deux fois à Tittesworth reservoir. La première fois avec des amis nous avons fait la randonnée autour du lac. Cette randonnée est très facile car le chemin est bien indiqué et il n’y a pas de dénivelé. Depuis le parking (payant) allez en direction du visitor center. Juste à l’entrée du visitor center il y a un chemin vers la gauche. C’est ce chemin que vous allez suivre tout le long de la randonnée. Il fait le tour du lac.

The second time we went to Tittesworth reservoir it was with the Peak District Conservation Volunteer program to repair a part of the hiking trail. 

La deuxième fois nous sommes allés avec le Peak District Conservation pour faire du volontariat et réparer une partie du sentier.

It is a nice place to spend the day with your family and have a barbecue.

C’est un endroit agréable pour passer la journée en famille et faire un barbecue.
